01.1 Sign in, pick a company and a workspace
Sign in to Xeplr Analytics, choose your company and enter a workspace.
Sign in
- Open Analytics in your browser.
- Enter your Email and Password, then click Sign in.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password?.
Pick a company
If you work for more than one company, Analytics asks Select a company. Choose it from the list and click Go.
Next time, Analytics reopens the company you used last (Continuing in …). To change company later, open the settings menu (top right) and choose Select Company.
Pick a workspace
A workspace is a home for one business area, e.g. Sales or Finance. Each workspace has its own datasets, reports and dashboards.
On the Workspaces page:
- Click a workspace tile, then Enter.
- + New workspace creates one: give it a Name, an optional Description and Tags, then click Create.
- The pencil edits a workspace. The bin deletes it, and its dashboards, reports and datasets can then no longer be opened.
To go to another workspace later, click Switch workspace at the bottom of the left menu.

After entering, you see tiles grouped by what they’re for:

The Workflows tile appears only where X-Flow is licensed.
Tiles marked Coming soon (Ask Questions, Actions, Users, Invite your team) aren’t available yet.
