Input rows are what is replicated in; output rows are what the cubes come to. A DW object is one cube definition.

Questions that come up

Is the open-source part crippled?

No. Every package on /os is MIT on the same terms, with no usage limits, no telemetry and no feature withheld for a paid tier. The line is not a crippled version and a full one — it is libraries versus applications. What you pay for is the four Pro Suite applications, not permission to use the parts they are built from.

Where does it run?

Either way, and that is what the two tables per product are. Cloud plans are hosted by us and priced per user; on-premise plans run on your own infrastructure against databases you already operate, and are priced per month.

What happens to my data?

On an on-premise plan it stays where it is, including the local replica the warehouse builds. On a cloud plan the replica and the cubes sit with us — the source databases still do not move.

Can we start with the packages?

That is the intended path, and it is a real one — you can get to cubes and trained models without paying us. The application becomes worth buying at the point where you would otherwise be assembling and maintaining it yourself.

Not sure which tier fits?

Describe your data volume and how many people need to see it — that usually settles it in one email.
