The idea
A workflow is a sequence of steps, each one an action from @xeplr/actions, branching on conditions and waiting for a person or a job before it carries on. Its trigger says what starts it — someone pressing Start, another system, a cron schedule, or a job finishing — and the run gets what fired it, so a step can read the finished job’s status, period and output. Only a published workflow fires, and every fire and every skip is recorded. Any step can keep checking — a folder, a mailbox — on a job’s schedule, and each thing it finds is handled by a run of its own.
Where it sits
Part of Services — long-running pieces. Each one boots with the same init() / start() / router() shape and mounts into an Express app you already have.
